How it works:

Wavespot created a social message Campaign Manager where you can customize all aspects of the deals and offers.

To get to the manager, first go to the home screen on your Wavespot dashboard. Click on the dropdown User Settings. Underneath the User Settings section, click on the Social Message tab.

The image below shows you the Wavespot social message editor. While creating an offer, you can configure the following:
  1. The message that will be shared with your offer
  2. Link to the offer, your loyalty campaign 
  3. Pictures to keep your social messaging fresh
  4. Captions to the pictures
Once these features have been selected your Social Offer has been set.


Now you can schedule as many offers as you’d like and buffer them through the weekly calendar feature at the bottom of the page. This lets you provide different offers at different times of the week. 

How social sharing works:

Customers that redeem the offer can have it sent to their email for future use. Additionally as part of the redemption the customer shares it with all their friends on Facebook. Any of the customer’s friends can click the offers link in the social message and redeem that same offer. With Wavespot Offers Network (WON) you see an increase in ROI for your social media ventures.
