Navigate to User Settings -> Sub Users. Click on Location and select which locations you would like the new user to have access to under your account. In the Email text box input the email of the new user and give them a password in the Password box below. Under Permissions, decide if the user should only be able to view the dashboard by selecting View or select All if the user should be able to modify account settings.
