Navigate to User Settings -> Welcome Email. Here you can set up emails that will automatically go out to customers who connect to your Wavespot router through Facebook for the first time. Under Send Welcome Email to the First Time Facebook Visitor? select whether you would like to enable the email automation. Below that in From box, input the email address you would like your customer to see the email is coming from. Beneath From, in Subject type in the subject line of your choice to engage your customer. Most importantly, in Message, enter the content for your welcome email. Then click Save for Delivery once you are done. If you start typing but want to come back to it later, select No that you don't want the email to go out and then Save for Delivery. Then it will save the email as a draft, but it will not be sent.
